School Lunches

We provide halal, vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices for your children to enjoy and have a 3 week menu, which alternates weekly.

All meals are well-balanced and nutritious.

Additional menu options available daily such as:

• Salad selection is available as an alternative to vegetables
• Fresh drinking water available daily 

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school lunch.

For children in Y3 – Y6 who would like a school meal, meals cost £2.50.

All children must book their meals on ParentPay and all payments for dinners and trips are also to be paid on ParentPay.

We are a no nuts school!

We have an increasing number of pupils in our school who have nut allergies. Anaphylaxis (allergic reaction) can occur as a result of digestion, inhalation or any other contact with nut products. For their safety, all nut products have been banned from the school premises.

We are insisting that you do not give your child any products containing nuts to take to school, either as a break-time snack, for lunch, or any other reason.

 This also applies to products that may contain traces of nuts

 Potential allergens include the following products

• Spreads, e.g. chocolate spreads
• Cereal bars
• Some types of biscuits that contain nuts
• Condiments, e.g. satay sauce
• Nut-containing cakes
• Some snack pots containing nuts

It is important to check food labels before sending your child to school with them because it is not always obvious that products contain nuts or traces of nuts.
